How long does it take for the product to be dispatched?

It usually takes upto 7-10 days for the product to be delivered. The customization/personalization takes 2-3 days at least, then the product goes under Quality Check.

What is the cost of personalization?

The personalization is free of cost.

What all can be personalized on the grill?

Any desired text upto 24 characters / logo (if provided with 1000px X 1000px png format) can be customised on the grill.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order on our website with your order id. Look for 'Track Order' in footer.

What if my product stops working?

Is there any replacement or refund policy?

ALL products onDeciwoodare eligible for a freeReplacement within 7 days of deliveryin the unlikely scenario you receive a product with amanufacturing defect.
However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return requestwithin 24 hours of delivery. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel & products to investigate about the discrepancy.
