Replacement Policy

Your trust in Deciwood is our utmost priority.

ALL products on Deciwood are eligible for a free Replacement within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel & products to investigate about the discrepancy.

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a team member has checked and determined the same at their own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • The customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Products Ineligible for replacement:

  • Products that have a defect after 7 days. Please raise a warranty claim with us.
  • If you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product and bring it to our notice beyond 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been mishandled and therefore damaged.
  • If you have ordered the product by mistake and not cancelled the order before dispatch.


Refund Policy

Please note that no refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
